My design experience combined with interior design inevitably lead me to investment properties. Choosing the right property is an in-depth journey. Finding the balance of square footage, design possibilities, layout, space, neighborhood and comparable properties is a puzzle I love to solve. The branch of my business that focuses on investment properties balances my residential side. This side is very fast paced, numbers based and negotiation heavy.
